This investment sale was a superb launch for the commercial division of VanHan and we are well placed to grow both side of our business. We are seeing an increasing correlation between London’s prime commercial and residential markets largely due to the profile and diversity of investors in the market. VanHan is increasingly being instructed alongside the behemoth agencies to provide a super-prime expertise and network in both commercial and residential transactions – we expect this trend to continue in 2015 and beyond”.
